What's the minimum order?
No minimum on DTF gang sheets — same $0.02 per square inch whether you buy 1 sheet or 200. POD tees start at 12 units across one design.
How fast can you turn standing weekly orders?
Standing orders ship the next business day from cut-off. Most clients lock Monday cut-off, Tuesday ship.
Can you drop-ship to my customers directly?
Yes. Per-order with your packing slip + your return address. We don't include any InkMerge inserts unless you ask.
How do net-30 terms work?
After 3 paid orders without a chargeback we open net-30 with a soft credit check. Late payment = 1.5%/month interest, no weird hidden fees.
What art formats do you accept?
PNG, AI, PSD, SVG, TIF, EPS, PDF. Minimum 300 DPI. We'll flag anything that won't press clean before we run it.
Defective transfer policy?
Same as retail — print defects re-printed free, photographed proof emailed to support@inkmerge.com. Wholesale defect rate has stayed under 1% for 4 years.
