Thank you for choosing InkMerge for your DTF transfer needs. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom and Personalized Orders
All DTF transfers are custom-made to order. Because each product is printed specifically for you, all sales are final once production has begun. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on custom-printed transfers, gang sheets, or personalized items.
Print Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our printing. If you receive a transfer with print quality issues such as:
- Banding or streaking in the print
- Color accuracy issues (significantly different from your submitted file)
- Missing portions of the design
- Adhesion failure when applied according to our instructions
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will review your claim and may offer a reprint or store credit at our discretion.
File Quality Disclaimer
We cannot offer reprints or refunds for issues caused by low-resolution or poor-quality source files. Please ensure your design files are at least 300 DPI with a transparent background for best results. If you are unsure about your file quality, contact us before ordering.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or error. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement if production has not yet started. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible. Contact us immediately at support@inkmerge.com if you need to cancel.

We will respond within 24-48 business hours and work to resolve your concern promptly.
Disputes and Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in suspension of future orders.
