InkMerge ships all orders from our facility in Houston, TX. We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time
All standard orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT on business days typically ship the same or next business day.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under $99: Standard Shipping (UPS) - $9.00 flat rate
- Orders $99 and above: FREE standard shipping
Delivery Times
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Packaging
All DTF transfers are carefully packaged in rigid cardboard mailer envelopes to prevent bending, creasing, or damage during transit.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@inkmerge.com or call (832) 660-1352.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. InkMerge is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
