What fabric works best with DTF transfers?
This transfer works on cotton, polyester, nylon, silk, cotton-poly blends, and just about any fabric you throw at it. Lighter fabrics really make the colors pop, but it looks great on darks too.

How long does the transfer last?
Our transfers are printed with 8-pass technology and proven to withstand 75+ washes without cracking, peeling, or fading. Wash inside-out with cold water, tumble dry low, and they’ll hold color and stay soft for the long haul.

How fast do you ship?
Production runs 24–48 hours in our USA shop. Standard shipping is 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS — free on orders $85+. Tracking emails out automatically.

How do I apply the transfer?
Press at 290°F for 5 seconds with medium pressure. Hot peel the carrier film immediately. A quick second press through parchment locks it in for best wash durability.

Do you have order minimums?
No minimums. No setup fees. Order one transfer or a thousand — same price every time. Need wholesale pricing? B2B fulfillment.

What file types do you accept?
PNG, PDF, SVG, TIF, and AI files — up to 300 MB per file. Build a gang sheet from multiple designs or upload a single one. Our pre-flight check catches DPI / color / transparency issues before we print.

What if my print has a defect?
Print quality is guaranteed. If your transfer arrives with print defects, mis-color, or fails our 75-wash test under normal use, we re-print free. Email support@inkmerge.com with photos.
