InkMerge started in 2020 as a side project pressing transfers for friends and family. Six years later it's a real business shipping to Etsy sellers, school PTAs, sports teams, corporate buyers, and side hustlers across all 50 states. The press is in Texas. The packing is in Texas. The customer service is in Texas. That's not marketing — it's the actual operation.

What we actually do

InkMerge prints custom DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers and ready-to-press designs. You upload your art or browse our library of 1,900+ ready-to-press designs, pick a size, and we print, package, and ship it from Texas within 24 to 48 business hours.

No setup fees. No minimum orders. No "request a quote" pricing games. Standard DTF transfers run $0.02 per square inch. Free shipping over $85 in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. POD apparel (finished tees, hoodies, sweatshirts) launches Q3 2026 — sign up for early access via any POD category page.

Why we exist

The custom apparel printing industry runs on two extremes. On one side, massive print-on-demand services like Printful and Printify handle everything for you but charge $8 to $15 per shirt — killing your margin if you're a small seller. On the other side, traditional DTF transfer companies require minimums, hide pricing, and stretch turnaround to 5-7 days. Neither path serves the Etsy seller, the side hustler, the school PTA, or the small business owner well.

We're the middle path: transparent per-square-inch pricing, no minimums, fast Texas turnaround, real humans on support. You buy transfers; you press them yourself; you keep the margin.

Real humans, real Texas

When you email support@inkmerge.com you reach the person who runs the press, not a virtual assistant in another country. Response time is usually under 4 hours during business hours, always under 24 hours. If you're in Central Texas and want to see the press in person, we can usually arrange a shop visit — just email first.

We answer the phone too: Mon–Fri 9–5 CT. Pick up frequently. Voicemails get returned same day.

• Buyers who need one-click "we handle everything" POD with no heat press involved — for that, Printful or Printify make more sense

What we won't do

• Promise something we can't deliver. If your order won't ship in 24-48 hours, we email you before printing.
• Print obvious counterfeits, hate speech, or material that violates US federal or Texas state law. We reserve the right to refuse and refund.
• Hide pricing or play the "request a quote" game. Pricing is published. $0.02 per square inch. Volume buyers get B2B rates after 3 paid orders.
• Sell your data. We don't run third-party retargeting beyond Shopify's defaults. We don't share your email with advertisers. See our privacy policy.
