Rates depend on the product total, delivery address, package, and the services available for that order. Production or order-review time occurs before carrier transit and is not included in a carrier delivery estimate.
The current fixed Standard Shipping rate applies to eligible U.S. product totals from $0 through $48.99.
Live carrier rates may also appear.
UPS and USPS carrier-calculated options can be shown at checkout when available. The checkout result is the source of truth for the specific address and cart.
Order review and fulfillment
Different products can require different review, artwork, production, or fulfillment steps. A carrier delivery estimate begins after the order is ready for shipment; it does not guarantee when custom work will be completed.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it is sent using the contact information attached to the order. A label-created status can appear before the carrier records its first physical scan.

Address changes
Review the shipping address before payment. Contact support immediately if an address is wrong; a change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or label creation begins.
Damage, loss, or delivery issues
Keep the packaging and take clear photos when an item arrives damaged. For a missing or delayed package, check the carrier scan history first, then contact InkMerge with the order number and tracking details.
