Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation. Custom gang sheet orders may require an additional 24 hours for design verification.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship all orders from our USA shop using trusted carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size and destination.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Shipping Packaging
All DTF transfers are carefully packaged in rigid StayFlat mailers to prevent bending, creasing, or damage during transit. We take great care to ensure your transfers arrive in perfect condition.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 US states. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days from the date of shipment.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
