InkMerge reviews artwork and order details before custom production whenever needed, but customers are responsible for submitting accurate spelling, sizing, color, artwork, quantity, placement, and shipping information.

Personalized apparel, logo embroidery, and bulk custom print orders are made for the customer and generally cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives with a production defect, the wrong item is sent, or another issue is confirmed by InkMerge.

For possible defects or incorrect items, email support@inkmerge.com within 7 days of delivery with the order number, photos of the full item, close-up photos of the issue, and packaging photos when relevant.

Ready-made apparel that is not personalized may be eligible for review if unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping and eligibility are reviewed case by case.
